Vor ca. 40 Jahren hatten die Telefunken Ingenieure den Nachfolger des V72 entwickelt. Je nach Anschlussart, ist V672 als Lineamp, Mikrofonamp, Isolationamp Summamp oder Differentialamp einsetzbar. Die maximale Verstärkung beträgt ca.+43dB. Die komplette Elektronik befindet sich auf 3 steckbaren Platinen und ist völlig diskret aufgebaut. Die Ausgangtrafos sind bei diesem Modell noch in sgnt. T-Bauweise hergestellt - was klangliche Vorteile gegenüber den Ringkern-Übertrager mit sich bringt.
Der V 672 ist einer der besten Vorverstärker die je gebaut wurden und noch heute vergleichbar mit den besten Geräten auf´m Markt die locker das Fünfache kosten - allerdings mit SMD Bauteilen und standart Ringkerntrafos. Der V 672 ist “on the top” und klingt so wie er erbaut ist - wunderbar!
Eine komplette Überholung in meiner Werkstatt würde ca. EUR 400,- kosten.
About 40 years ago, the engineers at Telefunken developed the follower of the V72. Depending on the interface, the V672 can be used as LineAmp, Microphone-Preamp, Isolation-Amp, Summing-Amp or Differential-Amp. The maximum gain is about + 43dB.The complete electronics is located at 3 intermateable cards and is constructed fully discreet. The output transformers of this model are still manufactured in signed T-construction which has tonal benefits in comparison with the “Ringkern” transformers.The V672 ist one of the best preamplifiers which have been ever built, and match up to the best equipment on the current market, which can cost the fivefold - with SMD components and standard Ringkern transformers, though. The V672 is on the top and sounds wonderfully the way it has been build! A complete refurbishing in my workshop would cost about EUR 400,-.
